Microneedling

Micro-needling is a mechanical biostimulatory treatment.  It involves the stimulation of healing and repair by means of tiny microscopic injuries used to trigger the healing and repair response in tissue.  A huge wealth of scientific evidence shows its effectiveness in treating hair loss.  IT can be used as a stand alone treatment, or it is even more powerful when combined with other treatments.  All Platelet Rich Plasma, Polynucleotides and Mesotherapy treatment at Growth Factor Hair Clinic include injections and microneedling combination therapy.

Over the years, there have been different methods of microneedling including rollers, stamps, pens and mes-injector guns.  Dr Adey's prefered method is the U225 Meso-gun injector because although it requires more skill than the other methods, it is the most precise, the best controlled and the least likely to cause inadvertent unwanted trauma.
