Many methods of microneedling exist, including rollers, stamps, pens and meso-injector guns.  Dr Adey's prefered method is the U225 Meso-gun injector because although it requires more skill than the other methods, it is the most precise, the best controlled and the least likely to cause inadvertent unwanted trauma.
